About the Knights: It is a men’s organization with no secrete or hidden purpose, a news letter is published each month with details of all council functions. The purpose is to support Catholic principals, the Priest of our Churches and honor for those that join. knights are the right arm of the Catholic Church, and a voice in the church system. Most recognize are the Knights dressed in Regalia (caps and swards), this is for special occasions by a group called The Color Corp. The membership wears normal street clothes and a name badge. The meeting time for each member will depend on his own commitment to an event; some more than others, only one meeting for one hour a month is requested. Money collected by this council may be used for, Pro-Life, Vocations, Education programs, Music Ministry, Scouts, Gatherings (parties), or any purpose they may chose. Money handling is a system of checks and balance. There is an accounts receivables member and an account payable member. Both bonded by Supreme Council and audited twice a year by three members of the council. The council has a non-profit tax number issued by Supreme Council and maintains there own checking account and is accountable to its own membership. Being tax exempted the Knights Supreme have the highest quality (AAA) insurance in the industry at the lowest cost for its member Knights and family. Wives may have there own part as Ladies Knights, separate but with similar goals. The master plan is to introduce the Knights at the Vietnamese Center, after this council is established, then Knights Supreme will give support to start other Vietnamese councils in the area. Members may move to a local council at any time. It is important to show that the Vietnamese want to part of the largest Catholic men’s group in the world, 1.7 million members, supported by Pope Benedict XVI and directly by Bishop Tod Brown and Bishop DM Luong, both are Knights Be part of history Information:
